How To Wean Off Birth Control Pills Slowly Without Any Side Effects? 

Can coming of birth control (mini pill- was on for two month) cause your body to have symptoms like sore and heavy breasts, lightheadenness, light cramps, headaches, excess thirst and urination, and fatigue? (Not symptoms I usually get with my mensteral cycle)

I understand your concern.
You can stop the birth control pill at any time as this is one of the few drugs that you can stop without having to wean off of it. Some women stop midway through their current pack while others prefer to finish it out. It’s completely up to you. However, it might be associated with some side effects with the stopping of the pills.
Kindly take the following measures to overcome them:
1. Take B-complex Vitamin capsules once a day for 2 weeks.
2. Include trace elements and minerals in your diet.
3. Consume probiotic-rich fermented foods regularly.
4. Increase intake of fluids everyday.
5. Practice relaxation techniques like meditation and moderate exercises.
Even if you experience some of the symptoms of side effects, do not worry and take symptomatic treatment as these symptoms would gradually subside without need for any medications.
